If you'd prefer not to be in our forum, that's totally okay - I'll be sending out information via email and posting call recordings on this webpage. But I have to say, the Facebook group is extremely fun and offers tons of support.

I have more information than most of you will need, but I like to supply bonus materials for those that would like more. The three most important documents are the Handbook, Suggested Seasonal Recipes and the Smoothie Recipes. So, if you are short on time, just look at these documents.

3. Pre-Detox/ Cleanse Training Live Webinar
In this recorded training webinar, I walk you through what we'll be doing, what you can expect, and answer questions. Please have a notebook, pen, and the handbook (optional) in front of you during the webinar. The Whole Foods Cleanse can be completed during any five days of your choice or longer. Please watch the webinar two-three days before starting your cleanse. This was originally recorded summer of 2019. New video
4. We Cleanse/Detox:
Choose any five consecutive days that work best in your schedule. Please post in our Facebook group, the dates you are doing the cleanse to receive extra support.
Try not to schedule anything extra this week, so you can focus on healthy eating and self-care. The cleanse starts when you wake up on Monday and is completed when you wake up on Saturday.
5. Beyond-the-Cleanse Transition Live Webinar:
Watch the video with options on how to transition out of your cleanse. This was originally recorded summer of 2019, please watch this video on the last day of your cleanse. Please download and print the worksheet prior to the Webinar. Click here to download.
