This is an opportunity to finally control what you eat and drink, not through willpower or discipline,
but by understanding what causes those uncontrollable cravings -- and knowing that you can
reduce them naturally over time.
You will experience a meditative visualization, very gentle yoga and will leave with an action plan
in place to quit sugar during this workshop.
About Lori Kampa
Lori is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Wellness Educator,
and 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor.
Lori’s health journey began when she was healing from a traumatic brain injury after a serious bicycle accident. After two years of working with her medical team, not being able to work, and not having any improvements, Lori started to take her healing into her own hands by working with a health coach. She began with meditation, restorative yoga, and clean eating.
The healing was so profound that Lori felt a new purpose in life - to educate and help others heal! Lori went back to school at the Intitule of Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest nutrition school, and get her yoga certification to design a new life and career.
As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Lori teaches busy professional women how to stay energized, reduce fatigue and improve brain clarity and overall health and outlook on life. Lori helps women over 40 who struggle with anxiety, depression, divorce and/or pain in their bodies to feel better physically/mentally and connect to everything around them mindfully. Using the principles of clean eating, self-care, and mindfulness, she helps her clients take the mystery out of eating well and have fun making the transition to a healthier lifestyle.
She utilizes an interactive, informative, and spiritual approach to facilitate learning and individual empowerment. This approach allows participants to engage in discussions and interact with other attendees through various exercises and brainstorming. Participants also receive valuable information to take with them, furthering their knowledge after the workshop. She welcomes you to her next wellness workshop!
