You will be feeling confident when we come out of our houses and into summer!

In Group Health Coaching, you will gain support within a small group as you work toward reaching your own personal wellness goals. As a small group, we will also encourage each other while participating in a whole food cleanse during weeks 2 and 3.

Group Coaching Details

What You'll Learn

  •  Eat without feeling deprived, adding certain foods to help reduce cravings.

  •  Emotionally connect to how good it feels to be healthy mind, body, and soul.

  •  How to lose weight and keep it off by making small changes that create a lifetime of change.     

  • Cook delicious foods from over 100 healthy recipes.

  • Participate in whole food cleanse (from 5-14 days)

The Support You'll Get

  • A small group of people for optimal support.

  • All the resources (50 + recipes with lots of checklists and handouts) you need to support you and your healthy lifestyle.

How We'll Meet


  • Five live sessions/webinars from the comfort of your home.  

  • Live group sessions are held on May 3 at 7 pm CST, May 7 at 7 pm, May 13 at 12 pm, May 18 at 6 pm and May 26 at either 12 pm or 6 pm.  Sessions are in CST and held at different times of the day so everyone can attend at least two sessions live.  All sessions are recorded. 

  • Communication via Facebook Group.  

  • Bonus private 30-minute session.
